Glenty SA is responsible for the personal data processed on this website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

What we collect. When you use the contact form or join a product waitlist, we collect your name, email address, your message and the product options you selected. We do not sell products online and we do not collect any payment data on this site.

Why. To answer your request and to notify you when the product you are interested in becomes available. We do not sell, rent or share your data for third-party marketing.

Service providers. Cloudflare (hosting, security and technical logs), Resend (email delivery) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (advertising measurement, see below).

Cookies and tracking. This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and waitlist sign-ups coming from our Facebook and Instagram ads. It sets advertising cookies (such as _fbp, kept up to 90 days) and sends page views and sign-up events to Meta. When you sign up, a hashed (irreversible) version of your email address may be sent to Meta to link the sign-up to an ad. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a content blocker.

Retention. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to reply. Waitlist entries are kept until the product launches or until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time: info@spark.tech. We reply within 30 days.

The products presented on this site are in development. Descriptions, specifications, images and dates are indicative and may change before launch. Joining a waitlist is free and does not create any purchase obligation for you or any sales commitment for us.

All content on this site (text, images, video, code) belongs to Glenty SA unless otherwise noted. Third-party brand names are used only to describe compatibility and belong to their respective owners; Spark.Tech is not affiliated with them.
