Privacy & Terms

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. When you place a pre-order through Stripe, the payment data is handled directly by Stripe — we receive only the success confirmation and the order metadata (product, color, model). We do not embed analytics, tracking pixels, or session-replay tools on this site.

Spark.tech sets no cookies of its own. Stripe and Resend may set cookies on the pages where they operate (the Stripe hosted checkout, transactional email delivery confirmations); see their respective policies for details.

Contact-form messages are forwarded to contact@anthonylopez.ch and stored only for as long as needed to reply. Pre-order metadata is kept for fulfillment and customer service. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with third parties for marketing.

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of the data we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@anthonylopez.ch. We'll reply within 30 days.
